360° MASTERBRAND TRANSFORMATION

THE CHALLENGE The OmegaXL brand was a single-product entity with a fragmented identity and a narrow, aging customer base. This limited growth, diluted brand equity, and prevented scalability.

THE CREATIVE STRATEGY As Chief Creative Officer, I directed the strategic creative transformation of OmegaXL from a singular product into a unified Masterbrand. I drove the creation of a cohesive 360° omnichannel brand experience, overhauling everything from the packaging architecture to the DTC digital ecosystem. This established a new, integrated design system and a scalable platform built for rapid portfolio diversification and growth.

THE RESULT The new masterbrand architecture immediately enabled significant portfolio expansion, successfully launching 7 new products and 3 sub-brands under a single, trusted identity. This strategy reversed brand stagnation and broadened consumer appeal, which ignited a multi-million dollar growth trajectory in the DTC global nutritional supplement market.
